Other Questions

  • I have a season ticket but there is a price coming up for my booked time slot?

Ignoring any prices shown there, enter the number/type of tickets you require in the slots provided and click the“Continue” button to take you to the next screen, “Shopping Basket”. Again ignoring any prices shown, enter your Membership Number in the Promotional Coupon box bottom left of the screen, then click the “Continue” button - this will take you to the ‘Your Details’ screen.

• What is ‘creating a wallet’?

Our online ticketing process uses 'Tyg Ticket' software, a secure system used by many of the UK’s leading visitor attractions to manage bookings and process payments. During our checkout process you will be asked if you wish to create a Tyg Wallet. This software ‘wallet’ means you can store your details & bookings for easy access and quick checkout for future purchases entirely securely, not just from our site but from the websites of any organisation or attraction you have visited which also uses the Tyg Ticket’ system. The wallet facility is optional and can be bypassed if you do not wish to set up an online account within the Tyg system. You can view the Tyg privacy policy of how your data is stored by visiting https://tygtickets.com/privacy-policy.
