ABOUT YOUR VISIT
It helps us if you can pre-book your visit but this is not essential. Please Gift Aid your admission whenever possible at point of entry.
In the interests of your safety, total visitors are limited to ensure safe and comfortable social distancing throughout the centre and to minimise queues at the entrance and contact during the admissions process.
DAILY TICKETS
Pre-booked daily tickets will be available up to a month in advance of your intended visit. Your ticket is valid from the time of your arrival until the time we close.
SEASON TICKETS
All season ticket holders have a Membership Number which should be entered in the Promotional Code box when you book your visit. As you continue with the booking process, any charge will be removed from your booking as the ticket is issued.
If you have forgotten your Membership Number please email us at suffolkowlhome@gmail.com or call us on 0345 680 7897 / Option 3 and we will remind you of it. Please bring your Season Ticket as well as your Booking Confirmation when your visit.
Pre-booking dates for Season Ticket holders will be available up to a month in advance of your intended visit. which can last through the full day until the time we close.
Your ongoing support as a season ticket holder is most important to us.
VIP TICKETS / COBWEB CLUB / GIFT VOUCHERS
If a member of your party holds a VIP ticket, for example as an Adopter or Cobweb Club member, or has won an S.O.S. Gift Voucher in a charity raffle, it will help us if you can pre-book your visit but this is not essential. please follow the procedures described above to book the visit for the other members of your party. Then email us at suffolkowlhome@gmail.com with your booking reference and type of voucher that you hold and we will add the free place to your booking. Please remember to bring the VIP Tickets or Vouchers with you to validate free admission.
