BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

QUEUING: There may be a queue outside of the entrance to S.O.S. when you arrive. We will process your entrance as quickly as possible but if there is a queue, we respectfully ask you to do so outside the reception area in the interests of maintaining distance from other visitors in a congested area.

FACE MASKS - Visitors over the age of 11 are encouraged to wear a face mask in the S.O.S. reception/shop and other indoor areas In the interests of visitor and staff safety, it is our desire to maintain as safe a covid-secure environment as possible for all whilst the pandemic exists.

TICKETS READY: Please have your ticket ready to show our staff either on your phone or device or as a printed copy.

PLEASE KEEP YOUR DISTANCE: To help keep everyone safe, please follow social distancing guidelines when you visit the centre.

SAFETY FOR ALL: If you’re showing any of the symptoms of coronavirus, or if you've been in contact with anyone that has the virus in the last 14 days, please don’t visit at this time. .

TOILETS & HAND-WASHING: We regret that there are no toilet or hand-washing facilities within the Sanctuary itself, but these are located close by in the building complex off to the right as you exit the centre. You will, however, find Sanitising Stations located throughout the Sanctuary.
