Group Visits

Suffolk Owl Sanctuary at Stonham Barns Park welcomes Group Visits and our aim is to make them an enjoyable experience for all. If you have special parking requirements please let us know and we will reserve you spaces close to the centre whenever possible. The Centre has wheelchair access throughout (with the exception of the woodland walk during very wet weather) and there are disabled toilets on the Stonham Barns complex. If you have any special requirements, please let us know.

The Sanctuary opens daily from 10.00 am to late afternoon, 7 days a week. Flying demonstrations and talks take place twice a day from Mid March to the end of September.

Stonham Barns Park itself is a great place to spend the day - there are numerous craft & gift shops, a garden centre, a golf centre plus tea shop & bistro, and there’s plenty of free parking and many traffic-free areas.

Independent Groups - Daytime

Schools - all year round: £6.50 per child - one adult free to each group of six children
Youth Groups - all year round: £6.50 per child - minimum group size 12 -  one adult free to each group of six children
Adult groups - all year round: £10.00 per adult - minimum group size 10
Senior/Concession groups :  £9.00 per adult - minimum group size 10  

Coach Operators

Child groups : £6.50 per child - minimum group size 12 - one adult free to each group of six children
Adult groups :  £10.00 per adult - minimum group size 10

Wise Owl Roadshow Visits to You

The Wise Owl Roadshow is available for outside events such as school & youth group visits, WI & Rotary Talks, weddings & garden parties.

• Up to 2 hours is £75.00 plus mileage 50p per mile

•. A half day (up to 4 hours) is £100 plus mileage 50p per mile

  • A full day (up to 6 hours) is £150 plus mileage 50p per mile

    All our team members are DBS checked
